Housekeeping was noisy and seemed distracted, which disrupted my peace. Also, I faced issues at check-in with a long wait due to disorganization at the front desk. On the bright side, the staff did assist me eventually, but the attitude could use some warmth. there were visible stains and hair in the bed linens, raising concerns about hygiene. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied with the quality for the price I paid.

So, I stayed in the King Room for one night. It was pretty run down and just felt like a total letdown. The comfort level was off. honestly, it just didn’t feel welcoming at all. I was really expecting more, but the room was lacking in cleanliness and had a weird smell. Not impressed at all.

This place was just a prime choice for a passing visit in Channelview with value for price. The bed bugs were a memorable detail that made the night in my car seem like a better option. Avoid the King Room if you can.
